You will ship your original computer in to us (get shipping info from us via Ebay messaging) and as long as your original communicates, we will be able to clone your original to one of our computers. If it doesn't communicate, then we can not clone the computer and we will reach out and see how to proceed from there. We will ship both the original and the unit we cloned it to back to you. The new part will be plug and play.
